Sustainable Green Environmental Expenditures

Asia Cement’s sustainable green environmental expenditures cover pollution-control treatment and testing, equipment maintenance or replacement, and prevention and environmental management costs. In 2025, expenditures by Asia Cement and the subsidiaries included in the report totaled NT$289.43 million, comprising NT$235.80 million for Asia Cement and NT$53.63 million for its subsidiaries.

ESG and Energy-Saving Technology Investments

Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction Performance

In 2025, Asia Cement and its subsidiaries implemented 22 energy-saving and carbon-reduction action plans. These plans saved 322 TJ of energy and 4.07 million kWh of electricity. Estimated annual energy-saving benefits were NT$60 million, with investment costs of approximately NT$400 million and an average payback period of six years. Greenhouse gas reductions totaled approximately 77,000 metric tons of CO₂e, comprising 57,000 metric tons from Scope 1 and 20,000 metric tons from Scope 2.
