Board’s Oversight of Unethical Conduct

The Company encourages employees and external personnel to report on the basis of good faith any possible or actual illegal or immoral behavior, and any alleged breach of trust, bribery, or when having reasonable suspicion of violations and exploitation of the weaknesses in the bribery prevention management system. The Company has formulated the "Measures for Reporting of and Investigating Unethical Conduct". The head of the Audit Committee and Audit Office are responsible for investigating reported cases. The Audit Division is subordinate to the Board of Directors and is responsible for overseeing the "reporting of and investigating unethical conduct" process, ensuring that investigations are conducted with independence and objectivity.

1. Reports can be made verbally, via email, or in writing to the Audit Committee, department heads, HR units at each plant, the Corporate Governance Officer, or directly to the designated reporting unit.
2. The Company accepts anonymous reporting and confidential reporting, promises to keep the identity of the whistleblower and the reported content confidential, and ensures that the whistleblower will not be subject to improper treatment due to whistleblowing. In addition, the Company has also made available options for whistleblowing, including an e-mail box, a hotline, and a form on its website and internal website.

• Acceptance department

Comprising the Secretarial and Audit Department, responsible for receiving reports through various channels, forwarding information to the case investigation team, and tracking the progress of case resolution.

• Investigation team

Supervised by the Audit Committee and Audit Department head, they handle and investigate reported incidents, then prepare confidential written reports for substantiated cases, delivering them to the relevant parties.
