Employee satisfaction/engagement is a comprehensive indicator showing empoyees’ loyalty, cohesiveness and sense of belonging. Since 2018, Asia Cement started to conduct a survey of employee opinions to the core value every two years , and from 2023 it will be conducted once a year in order to learn the satisfaction level of employees to corporate governance.
