Training Policy and Hours

In 2024, employees at Asia Cement received an average of 36 training hours per person, with average spending of NT$5,716 per employee on training and development. Due to the specialized nature of quarry operations, the average training hours reached 39 hours per employee for these categories.

Improving the required knowledge, attitude, and skill of the employees for reaching the collective and individual goals of work to fulfill the needs of enterprise development and organizational manpower planning, and to enhance the production efficiency and quality; ultimately to increase the profitability and brand image, satisfy the needs of customers, and to fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility. Striving for the goal of sustainable operation.
