Asia Cement is striving to maintain a high level of safety in its mines, preventing any potential or actual adverse effects on nearby communities. Having engaged with local communities and completed tribal consultation procedures, Asia Cement implements a benefit-sharing mechanism as a good neighbor, so as to thrive together with the tribes.Asia Cement has set up a local community engagement and feedback system at its manufacturing plant. This involves using Asia Cement Service Center, GA and management departments to receive and address residents' feedback through relevant measures.

Providing Employment Opportunities for Indigenous Peoples
ACC regards indigenous peoples as important stakeholders and provides job opportunities to help indigenous peoples maintain stable employment. According to statistics, 96% of ACC's employees at the manufacturing plant in Hualien are residents of Hualien. In 2023, indigenous employees accounted for 35% of the total workforce in the plant (contractors accounted for 46%). Additionally, 60% of newly recruited employees are indigenous people. ACC has smooth internal promotion channels and practices ethnic equality. Currently, the highest-ranking executive with indigenous status is the Deputy Plant Manager, which is the third-highest-ranking executive in a manufacturing plant.
